Relationship Manager - Institutional Business

Reporting - Head- Institutional Lending

Qualifications - CA/ MBA (Finance)

Experience - Minimum experience of 2 years working in NBFCs, Financial Services working in investment banking, credit analysis

Job Description:

- Identify high quality NBFCs, MFIs and Financial Services Companies to take debt exposures on

- Develop a strong understanding of the sectors and entities through customer visits, data analysis and interactions with various stakeholders

- Negotiate terms, pricing, documentation on various transactions

- Manage end to end from deal origination to transaction execution

- Prepare Credit Appraisal Notes on each deal to present to the Credit Committee

- Interact with existing and new clients on a periodic basis to proactively identify any potential opportunities/ threats

- Network with connectors and other lenders in this space to find new opportunities

Skills:

- Experience in preparation of Credit Assessment notes, presentations and/or other deal related documents

- Self-starter with the ability to own the role and develop high quality coverage

- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good understanding of products offered

- Working knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word

- Strong sales experience and networking skills

- Strong negotiation skills with problem solving attitude

- Strong work ethic, positive attitude self-motivated individual having an ability to work individually and as part of a team.
