Job Summary:
- The Relationship Manager for High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) will be responsible for acquiring new clients, reactivating inactive accounts, and managing existing client relationships to build Assets Under Management (AUM).
- This role involves collaborating with the Corporate Acquisition Team, servicing both individual and corporate clients, and leveraging group synergy for cross-selling opportunities.
- The position requires active networking, adherence to compliance standards, and effective coordination with operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Activation:
- Acquire new HNI clients and reactivate inactive accounts (dead folio revivals) to increase AUM.
- Follow up on leads provided by the Corporate Acquisition Team and convert them into clients.
Client Management and AUM Growth:
- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and increase AUM.
- Actively engage in handling transactions for both new and existing clients.
Distributor Relations:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key and potential distributors to generate repeat business.
- Engage in joint calls with distributors to meet investor needs and facilitate transactions.
Market Expansion:
- Expand market share by acquiring new clients and enhancing services to existing clients.
- Implement strategies for up-selling and cross-selling across different asset classes to both corporates and their promoters.
