Relationship Management job opportunity in Chennai for dynamic and result-driven female leaders having an experience of 6+ years in Account Management, Customer Service and Client Relationship Management across Banking Wealth Products (Mutual Funds, Loans, Credit Cards, Forex etc) and dealing with HNI and UHNI clients.

You will be responsible for handling a book size of 100+ cr and managing relationships with HNW clients and helping the business in retention, acquisition and revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

- Managing the existing relationship with Ultra-HNI clients and generating revenue for financial products and services- Wealth Management Products (Mutual Funds, FDs, Insurance, Credit Cards, Forex etc)

- Reviewing the customer needs and asset allocation, pro-actively engaging with the customer to validate the understanding of the needs.

- Timely customer engagement for preventing any customer attrition and to provide an excellent experience to the customers.

- Maintaining & acquiring ultra high net worth accounts through references and self-sourcing

- Ensuring that KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to

- Handling escalations & servicing requests for HNI, Super HNI & Wealth Management customers.

- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Post Graduate with 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Relationship Management across Wealth Management Products.

- Excellent presentation, oral communication skills and negotiation skills.

- Target oriented individual with outstanding sales aptitude and business knowledge.

- Demonstrated Influencing and relationship management skills
