Relationship Manager - High Ticket LAP - Mid Corporate & SME Segment - Banking (4-12 yrs)
RM-High Ticket LAP
1. Responsible for Growth in LAP Book with primary ticket size from Rs 15 Crs to Rs 50 Crs.
2. Sourcing Business through Open market & DSA,
3. Building relationship with high profile customer (primarily Mid Corporate and SME Clients),
4. Monitoring of the portfolio on regular basis.
5. Good Knowledge of LAP Business (primarily high ticket size),
6. Understanding of Balance Sheet and Cash flows as servicability has to be based on cash flows,
7. Good Client Base.
8. Communication and Relationship Skills.
