Relationship Manager - FX & Derivatives/Treasury - New Business Initiative

Need Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, each one for Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi and Mumbai.

Position Grade: M4 for Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore

Position Grade: M4 / M5 for Ahmedabad, Delhi and Mumbai.

- We are looking to set up a team to drive new business opportunity in FX & Derivative space. This role is best suited for Individuals with a flair for Markets and a keen interest to build a career in Treasury overlooking FX & derivatives with an entrepreneur mind set to drive new Business Opportunity within this space.

- Come up with Ideas to drive new business lines in the space of FX & Derivatives Independently - Team would work closely with various SBU for all the support required.

- Build Strategic alliances across to drive FX & Derivatives business - Alliances can be across corporate houses / Large Law firms & CA firms / Funds / Trade Bodies/ Tax deal origination This team will drive smarter ways of acquisition - Digitally driven / empanel the firms - Out of the box thinking to create new opportunity.

- Go after large deals across the country - FDI/ODI/FCTRS / ECB /FCTL - Large business opportunity to tap across Onshore & Offshore - Opportunity across GIFT / DIFC Etc.

- Scope and spot large Opportunity and convert them into big delta line for the bank.

- Team would also drive large corporate related business on FX & Derivatives - May be in IT/ITES and some large industry segment that we see lucrative opportunity and also tap into any large derivatives opportunity in Non-Individual businesses both on current account & capital account transactions.

Financial Objective: Achieve the budgeted Revenue & Volume Target towards the new business Initiative.

Risk Management & Risk Mitigation:

- Manage Bank's credit and market risk when offering products to customers

- Evaluate reputational and Legal Risk for the Bank on product offering to customers.

- One who comes with an entrepreneur mind set - Basically sky is the limit on what you aspire to drive in this space

- Committed Individual - We would need to toil hard to spot opportunities and convert them into large delta revenue line for the bank.

Job Requirement:

- Qualification - MBA in Finance / Marketing

- Ideally should have -3-5 Yrs of relevant experience

- Treasury product knowledge, including knowledge about pricing. Adequate knowledge of markets, with an ability to interpret these data and use it for business opportunities.

- Knowledge of RBI regulations.
