Role brief:

- Managing portfolio and new acquisition mainly towards CASA and deposits, Payments & Collection Business, Cash Management and fee for all financial institutes and Public sector

- Ensure delivery of annual fee budget, book deepening, on boarding customers on digital platforms of the bank.

- Good exposure and knowledge of full suite of products offered by the FIPS (Financial Institution and Public Sector) Consumer banking (CASA, Fee, sub-IFSC, CTS, NACH, IEC, Call Money, BBPS, POS, API, ATM, Cash/Cheque, Credit cards, Revenue products, Trade Finance, Payments, Assets (secured and unsecured), ODFD, etc.

- Identity opportunities in the Institutional Banking, Govt banking, PSU business or industries which are centric around digital banking and CMS products related to financial institutes and public sector including ITES companies proving software to all government sector and financial institutes.

- Business Development/alliance activities in the assigned market to position Indusind as preferred Bank and to generate leads / opportunities

- Tying up with apex bodies /institutes/organisations /Ministries for reference models

- Liaising with Internal & external stakeholders to facilitate customer engagement and meet the service delivery standard for the portfolio.

- Ensure and follow the compliance process with zero tolerance on any deviation.

- Structured products on CMS related to financial institutes and public sector department's

- Trade and Forex opportunity to all financial institutes and public sector department's

PREFERRED SKILL SET

Educational Qualification - Graduate / CA / Post Graduate in any discipline; MBA

Technical Knowledge - Prior experience in Financial institute handling, TASC, Govt Business or large institution space with extensive knowledge on current account, CMS and Trade & Forex,

- Excellent communication, analytical & reviewing skills

- The person should be able to derive business strategies based on the data trends, analysis and markets

- Inter-personal coordination & Team Player

Work Experience (in yrs.) - 2-3 Years plus years of relevant work experience out of which 2 Years in LIC and /or Cooperative bank Business/ Institutional Banking business
