Relationship Manager - FI (Foreign Bank)
We are currently looking for Smart, self-driven, high energy Relationship Manager for FIG with a foreign bank.

Job Title : Relationship Manager - FI
Job Purpose :
- Develop and maintain existing FI & Corporate relationships and solicit acceptable FI & Corporate relationships, by originating/structuring large project/trade financing transactions and cash management products achieve pre-set financial/non-financial objectives in line with bank's procedures/policies to satisfy client needs and achieve business targets.
- Develop business/improve sales related to the assigned/potential clients.
- Meet/exceed revenue generation targets as agreed in the MBO
- Assist in developing strategies and business plan for revenue booking in country by originating and capturing flows from various countries in consultation with Head of Marketing
- Introduce MB as a player in the development and participation of the emerging opportunities in Cross border trade finance
Key Result Areas :
- Identify the clients needs and expectations by regular calling, analyzing, and providing market/product updates.
- Keep close contact with clients to increase business and get feedback for relationship management and service enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for bank and align these with bank's capabilities and policies.
- Coordinate with other units in the branch and bank to set service delivery standards and ensure quality service to the clients and resolution of clients operational problems
- Develop strategies and business plan in consultation with Head of Marketing and Country Manager to meet the branch's business and financial targets.
- Monitor market trends and ensure proper pricing in accordance with the overall guidelines.
- Provide feedback on Relationships-history, profitability, activity, etc. and other required MIS to all stakeholders and coordinate with other dept./booking unit in this regard.
- Implement and maintain complete control aspects i.e. documentation, periodical client visits/call reports/informal market feedback to monitor the assigned portfolio effectively.
- Participate in developing, setting up and enhancing capabilities, systems and procedures.
- Ensure that KYC of customers is completed in a comprehensive manner.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience :
- Detailed Knowledge of economy, market conditions, and regulatory environment in assigned countries and on regional/global basis.
- Practical Knowledge of products in trade and payment & treasury services.
- Minimum 10 year's banking experience including correspondence & corporate banking experience.
- Knowledge of bank's credit policies and procedure.
- Very strong inter-personal and communication skills.
