Relationship Manager - Emerging Large Corporate - Bank (5-13 yrs)
Job Description :
- Ability to originate & manage ELC/large corporates portfolio, with turnover of above INR 750cr or growth corporates with visibility of turnover to exceed the turnover of INR 750 cr in the near future
- Relationship owner for ELC/ Large Corporate Clients with focus on maximizing wallet share for Bank and meeting/exceeding targeted budgeted numbers
- Ensure development of detailed account by account plan and execution strategy for each client.
- Knowledge on Financials and ability to present the proposal to the Credit Risk Team
- Focus on housekeeping, EWS and delinquency to build a high-quality portfolio
- Optimize use of Banks balance sheet /capital through structured products /sell down and Cross sell actively entire bouquet of banking products to the client
- Cross selling various banking products like electronic payment solutions, CMS, corporate fixed deposits, vendor financing, salary accounts, credit cards, retail asset loan products
- Collaborate with the various Product Sales Managers across all Banking products to build and grow overall banking business.
- Experience or having worked in client management / relationship building mandates.
- Experience or having worked on negotiation mandates (preferable but not a mandate)
- Ability to work in tight timelines
- Candidate should

(b) Good communication skills i.e. the ability to put his / her point across
(c) Good MS Office skills i.e. having worked/ made extensively on MS Excel and MS Power point
(d) A go-getter i.e. yearning to learn, understand and manage business circumstances / situations
