Relationship Manager - Emerging Business - NBFC (2-8 yrs)
Position based with a Large NBFC
Location : Delhi / Gurgaon / Chennnai / Hyderabad
Critical of the role to the business - The role would require a deep understanding of Emerging Business Business and its products.
- Role would involve supporting the sales and product team in actual execution of the business, negotiations, relationship management etc.
- Emerging Business business is one of the key constituents of Commercial Finance division and its highly dependent on the customer relationship management. This role is designed to cater to this key aspect of Emerging Business Business.
Function / Domain Business support and Relationship Management
Major Deliverable - Meet customers regularly and enhance the relationships.
- Work closely with the sales and product team to meet customer expectations on service delivery.
- Proactively think and suggest solution to improve the customer relationships and increase business.
- Help sales team in preparation of Credit Appraisals, Deferral completion and other sales responsibilities.
