Job Description :

- Deal Origination for syndication mandates in the investment banking space.

- Deal Execution : Evaluation of loan agreements & preparation of term sheets, structuring of transactions basis cash flows, preparation of information memorandums, coordination for legal due diligence

- Debt Syndication : End to end relationship management with lenders and financial institutions
