Relationship Manager - Custody & Derivatives Clearing Sales - Bank

The Custody vertical requires the RM to acquire clients for its Custody, Derivatives Clearing and Fund Accounting businesses. The clientele for the Custody business are - Global & India dedicated Funds (Hedge Funds, Long only, Long/short, etc.), International Banks, University Endowment Funds, Pension Funds, Foundations, Family offices, etc.

Role :

- Acquisition of Foreign Portfolio Investor (FPI) clients based out of Overseas Geographies

- Candidate will be required to make independent sales pitches to the client and diligently pursue & follow-up for the account

- Candidate will be responsible for making Custody, Derivatives Clearing and Fund Accounting pitches to the client's CEO/CFO/CCO/COO and their respective teams

- Candidate may be required to travel extensively within India as well as Overseas

- Candidate will be required to network with the people within the industry

- Candidate will be required to work across different Time Zones and hence will have to be available to attend client queries and conference calls at anytime during the day

- Candidate will also be responsible for all the activities of the client within the bank across verticals and will be required to cross-sell

Requirements :

- At least 5-8 years of experience in a similar field (Custody / Corporate Banking / Treasury / Institutional Equities/BFIG)

- MBA / CA

- Understanding of SEBI and RBI regulations (especially FPI related regulations)

- Should be proficient in Microsoft Office - especially Word, Excel and Power Point

- Ability to resolve client issues quickly at all levels
