Client: A leading private bank Job Description: - Manage builder relationships with existing clients allotted and build relationships with new quality potential clients. - Continuously conduct and carry out market due diligence and track developments in allotted micro markets. - Prepare cash flows, analyze feasibility of the projects by analyzing macro-economic conditions, macro markets, asset class and its demand, supply, competition, absorption and pricing in the micro market in which bank would like to take an exposure - Coordinate with CREDIT/RISK/MVG/COMPLIANCE/AUDIT/CMT/CMOG/OPERATIONS/SALARY/RETAIL MORTGAGE &amp; LEGAL teams. - Track markets in which the Bank has funded projects.
