- Sourcing / Business Development - New Acquisitions - Drive the new client acquisition process at the ground level - Ideally, look at acquiring and maintaining relationships with corporate entities with an annual turnover of 500 to 1000 Crs. - Develop strong long-term relationships with businesses with a view of achieving growth targets in line with the business plan - Carry out negotiations of lending terms and conditions with mid-market / SME business representatives - Deliver growth in the overall business (NTB clients) through the development of all key distribution channels direct, indirect and reference - Maintain Healthy and Profitable Book Size - Collate all necessary documentation to complete the lending process and transfer the file to the risk management team, post disbursal monitoring and relationship building. Candidate Profile: - 4+ years of experience with managing and increasing the asset base of the region in the mid-corporate loans segment - target clientele with a business size of 500 crs+ - MBA preferred (though not mandatory) - Excellent interpersonal skills and account management skills - Ability to create and maintain own book of clients.
