Relationship Manager - Corporate Finance - Real Estate Sector - NBFC

Relationship Managers- NBFC ( Corporate Finance) - Delhi/ NCR/ Chennai/ Mumbai/ Bangalore for a very large and renowned NBFC headquartered in mumbai. Seasoned professionals dealing with corporate financing portfolio from financial services with minimum 2 years of experience preferably in real estate or construction finance experience are preferred. 

- Retail finance professionals also with good understanding of corporate financing

- Expand Corporate finance portfolio in the assigned zone

- Develop and maintain relationships with CFOs of corporates (builders/ developers)

- Market penetration and expansion

- Competition activity tracking

- Due diligence to minimize risks of defaults

- Follow through company's credit and risk policies

- Coordinate with credit and risk assessment department for mortgage

- Understanding of the Mortgage product.
