Role : Relationship Manager- Corporate Banking
Location : Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi
- Relationship Manager in charge of a portfolio of business clients.
- Manage relationships by interacting often with clients and mapping accounts at different levels within their organisations, all the while providing a risk-adjusted portfolio contribution.
- Choose the items that best satisfy consumer needs and be able to sell them both in a reactive and proactive manner. Customise, modify, and create new goods to boost revenue, cut expenses, and remove operational bottlenecks.
- Implement and carry out IBG1's business plan to boost market share and hit goals that are in line with the company's revenue, ROE, and cost-to-income ratio targets.
- Cross-sell the bank's other products, such as cash, treasury, trade, and others.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels continuously through in-depth MIS and tracking of operations and complaints to ensure the maximum customer retention and a rise in wallet share.
- Make that all reporting and compliance requirements are followed.
