Job Description:

- We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Relationship Manager for our Corporate Banking division.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining corporate relationships, providing tailored banking solutions, and expanding the bank's product offerings.

- This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex customer structures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Corporate Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing corporate clients.

- Customer Solutions: Provide comprehensive banking solutions and products tailored to corporate clients' needs.

- Product Expansion: Expand the bank's product suite by identifying and promoting relevant banking products and services.

- Credit and Risk Assessment: Evaluate credit and risks associated with clients and business proposals.

- Proposal Development: Develop detailed business proposals and submit them to the risk department for approval.

- Risk Query Responses: Address queries and concerns raised by the risk department regarding submitted proposals.

- Revenue and Business Targets: Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall business growth objectives.

- Client Base Expansion: Actively work on expanding the client base and identifying new business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Engagement Skills: Ability to engage with people at all levels, from junior staff to senior executives.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and risks.

- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interactions.

- Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Understanding Complex Structures: Proficiency in understanding and managing complex customer structures.

Qualifications:

- Essential: Post Graduate degree in a relevant field.

- Desired: MBA or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

Professional Experience:

Essential: 10 to 14 years of experience in corporate banking or a related field.
