Relationship Manager - Construction Finance (3-8 yrs)
- Responsible for supporting the bank in developing construction finance business.
- Act as a first point of contact for consultants/developers.
- Assess the viability of the project, market risk, project budget & the risk involved.
- Prepare CAM, Cashflows & detailed assessment of the project & present it for sanctioning before the credit committee.
- Coordinate & liaise with legal & technical for clearance of LSR & valuation.
- Documentation, execution & ensuring timely disbursement is done by the credit administration team.
- Monitoring accounts on regular intervals.
