Job Summary:

- We are seeking experienced Relationship Managers to join Real Estate Finance team of our client at various locations [these include Jaipur, Vizag, Coimbatore, Cochin, Indore, Nagpur, Nashik, Chandigarh, Baroda]. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships with clients in the commercial, warehousing and industrial segments. Products include LRD, LAP, Construction Finance etc.


- The candidate will work closely with the underwriters to structure and manage transactions, ensure timely execution and manage ongoing client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the commercial, warehousing and industrial segments to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives

- Work closely with the underwriters to structure, negotiate and execute transactions

- Conduct thorough credit analysis and due diligence to assess risks and identify opportunities for improvement

- Prepare and present financial models, credit proposals, and other relevant documents to internal and external stakeholders

- Monitor and manage ongoing credit and collateral risk, including regular reviews of financial statements and monitoring of loan covenants

- Collaborate with other teams within the bank to deliver a seamless client experience and identify opportunities for cross-selling

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field

- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, with a focus on the warehousing and industrial segments. We can consider candidates who have some form of LAP or LRD or Real Estate Finance in other sectors as well

- Strong credit analysis and underwriting skills, with experience in deal structuring and negotiation

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to both internal and external stakeholders

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

- Understanding of local market dynamics and regulatory requirements

- Strong relationship building and client management skills
