The position is with a NBFC for their Corporate Banking segment - MBA / CA preferably First Attempt - Min 5 years of experience in Corporate Banking Segment of a Bank or an NBFC - Excellent Communication, Presentation Skills - Excellent Credit Appraisal Skills Responsibilities : - Acquire New Fund based Business &amp; Manage the relationships - Deliver growth in overall business through the development of all key distribution channels - direct, indirect and reference - Understand customer needs and propose products or lending terms to cater to these requirements, while adhering to risk management guidelines - Carry out negotiations of lending terms and conditions with customer - Structure the deal - Communicate the final terms of lending and process sanction letters, security formalities and other documentation - Maintain consistently high service standards and customer satisfaction levels through periodic engagement - Manage relationship post disbursal - Collect customer feedback and communicate this to senior management to assist in the creation of innovative new solutions
