Relationship Manager - Buy Side - Real Estate Vertical - Investment Bank - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (3-6 yrs)
Our client is seeking Relationship Managers to join their firm in the Real Estate vertical.
An ideal candidate is responsible for Deal sourcing/origination, developing and deepening relationships with the clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identification of prospects for Investment Banking proposals
- Key Account Management for Revenue and Referrals
- Handling the Transaction, End to end from Sourcing to closure
- Negotiation with the Stakeholders for Mandates, closure of Term Sheets and Finalization of Deal Structure
- Support the Preparation of Collaterals including: Pitch Books, Information Memorandums, Cashflow statements etc.
- Industry Analysis for the relevant geography
You'll need to have:
- 3-6 years of buy-side experience or significant transferable experience in Sales
- Proven consultative sales skills, including competitive market research, lead generation, prospecting, business development and closing sales
- 2 year full time MBA/PGDM - Preferably from a Tier 1 B-School (desired)
