- Handle the relationship of the Business Correspondent (BC) entities.
- Mentoring of the Branch Heads, team regarding the product, process and policies of the BC
- Motivating the BC to achieve the month on month disbursement, repayment target.
- Manage the grievances and ensure proper response.
- Ensuring proper compliance to policies and procedure of Bank, including in context of all regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Ensure proper compliance and reporting of the audit observations conducted by the Bank's audit team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensuring efficiency as per the standards in adherence to all the Processes and Policies of the Bank.
- Achieving the disbursement target assigned in the given period.
- Maintaining a keen understanding of the industry trends impacting the BC Partners.
- Ensuring the performance of the BC partners.
- Ensuring no Dormancy, Nil Delinquency and Nil Early Mortality of the cases of BC.
- Managing the team and ensuring the maximum business from the BC channel.
- Ensuring the proper coordination with the sales, operations and CPC.
- Proper analyzing the sourced cases from the BC.
- To have the proper knowledge of product features, term and conditions & process
- Ensuring timely share of internal communications received through mails from Administrative Offices / Supervisors.
- Ensuring coordination for all Audit / Inspection / Vigilance and control processes at the centre.
- Any other activity as assigned from time to time to enhance the Bank's positioning and profitability.
