Relationship Manager - BFSI - Recruitment Group

This is an opportunity with one of the leading global recruitment groups serving a well known BFSI client as a Relationship Manager.

Experience - 4+ years relevant

- Client Partner / Client Operation Lead role

- Timely capture and Processing of Demand as defined by client

- Interacting with managers to validate demands as per headcount and revenue budget

- Responsible for overall Program Compliance based on SLA and SOP agreed with the client

- Work closely with client Procurement team and streamline processes

- Closely work with Client and Vendor on Statement of Work & Agreements

- Managing Vendor Purchase order or Work order, Invoices and payments on behalf of the client

- Working on regular and ad-hoc reports for client regarding Program metrics

- Act as an extension of the manager and provide performance review and feedback to direct reports

- Successful implementation of new procedures and improving the existing SOPs

- Program Transition

- End to End Statutory Compliance & manage Audit programs

- Treasury Management

- Work with internal finance team for invoicing

- Assisting and guiding vendors regarding various client process.

- Effectively use of all the channels for fulfillment to ensure zero billing loss through on time fulfillment

- Validation of reports submitted by vendors

- Monitoring Contractual Agreements and Documents

- Managing Relationships and problem resolution

- Fulfillment of demands by effective channeling of Job rotation cases. Utilization Tracking and Analysis:

- Good understanding of various utilization concept.

- Must have MSP experience (Managed Service Programs)
