Job Description:

We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager (RM) to join our team in Indore or Bhopal. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in the finance industry, with a strong focus on bank/NBFC loans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Actively promote and sell financial products, with a specific emphasis on bank/NBFC loans.

- Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the finance industry.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of financial transactions and services.

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client queries or concerns promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in the finance industry, specifically in bank/NBFC loans.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand and analyze financial data.

- Knowledge of current market trends and regulatory guidelines.
