Job Description:


Position Reporting to: Regional manager - Key Accounts / National Channels Manager

Qualification : MBA/CFA desirable

Relevant Experience : 12+ years of relevant experience

Functional Competencies : Business Acumen & strategic thinking

- Updated knowledge on wealth products and sophisticated wealth solutions

- Sound understanding of wealth requirements of HNI segments

Behavioral Competencies : Demonstrates Entrepreneurial drive

Job Responsibilities:

- Financial and Non Financial Responsibilities Ensure growth of Wealth product volumes, Revenue, product penetration

- Ensure NISM certification/EUIN of all mapped team members and new joiners and timely renewal of the same

- Impart effective training on new/existing product/processes on wealth products and keep the record of attendance for audit/regulatory purpose

- Ensure effective delivery of solutions and insights to KAM RMs

- Ensure implementation of wealth sales process and the investment profile suitability of clients to the products purchased.

- Regularly provide feedback from assigned team and clients to central product team for continuous improvement

- Ensure timely dissemination of relevant product material viz fund fact sheet, change in process etc amongst mapped RMs

- Track the input activities of team members through data analytics and align the sales activities (with the help leadership team) to the desired investment business objective

- Always ensure customer-centricity, adherence to fair sales practices and compliance to internal and regulatory guidelines

- Actively participate in client meetings on a daily basis to ensure desired level of wealth penetration in the segment

- Integrate investment sales opportunities in existing Customer Life Cycle for effective outcome.

- Ensure relevant complaints are resolved within approved TAT through coordination with central investment product team/Operation team

- Joint coverage of top clients for wealth solutions cross sell and create positive impact on customer experience

- Establish and maintain partnership with senior business teams in the channel

- Regularly participate in team meetings/huddle to drive/update relevant information

- Create a conducive environment of higher productivity and collaborate with local teams of designated AMCs for approved business development activities
