Overview:


To manage and grow a portfolio of banking clients within the Financial Institutions Group (FIG), ensuring strong client relationships, cross-selling of financial products, and risk-controlled growth. The RM will be responsible for originating business, maintaining client coverage, and delivering revenue targets through deep engagement with banks and financial institutions.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:


- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at domestic and international banks.


- Act as the single point of contact for all client needs, inquiries, and opportunities.


Business Development:


- Identify new opportunities and increase wallet share by cross-selling a suite of products including trade finance, treasury solutions, credit facilities, and capital markets products.


- Prepare client strategies and account plans for each key relationship.


Credit & Risk Management:


- Work with internal risk and credit teams to structure, assess, and obtain approvals for credit exposures.


- Monitor and manage credit limits, documentation, and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.


Product Coordination:


- Collaborate with product teams (FX, trade, lending, DCM, etc.) to deliver customized solutions to clients.


- Support onboarding and KYC processes in coordination with compliance and operations teams.


Market Intelligence & Reporting:


- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and the performance of client institutions.


- Provide timely reporting and updates to management on client activity, pipeline, and portfolio performance.
