Team Management:- Leading a team to acquire NTB Corporate salary account, to drive cross sell, monitoring of sales process efficiency, drive productivity along with Product Quality mix.
Training & Staffing:- Optimum staffing of resources, Training & Sales team management (Both Classroom and Field)
Sales Discipline & Input Parameters:-
- CRM creation for catchment- Segment/ Market/ Industry
- DSR, Lead Management, Maximum usage of Digital platform
- Focus on Activities at Industrial estate, commercial/ Business park/ Society/ Clubs etc. around the catchment
- Actively up-sell each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity.
- Business Hygiene & Customer Experience:- Focus on superior TAT, FTR
- VQVP- Volume with Quality & Value with Productivity will be the mantra of sourcing.
