Position Summary :

Selected candidate work to plan and implement all campaign activities for the Client. That includes building salience on key impact areas like issue identification, stakeholder management and monitoring. As part of campaign activities/job responsibility, you will be working closely with community groups, elected representatives, technical and advisory support.

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Plan, conceptualize, strategize and execute on ground campaigns

- Interact and work closely with Party Leadership, Candidates, and Workers

- Conduct primary research and develop grassroots intelligence needed for election success

- Execute and monitor branding exercises through vendor coordination and stakeholder management

- Coordinate with the internal team such as digital media, data analytics, supply & procurement to develop election strategies

- Ability to analyze raw data and create actionable insights, strategies, and initiatives for key stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience :

- Masters/ Bachelor's Degree from a reputed Institution (Tier 1, Tier 2 colleges)

- Minimum work experience of 0-8 years

- Proficiency in Hindi and English

- Penchant for Election and political management

- Experience with Project Management techniques

- Willing to work and travel extensively during the project
