Regulatory Reporting Role - COREP (EU Common Reporting)

Mandatory experience:

- Review of Reg Reporting process

- Consolidation of all existing control issues.

- Experience in Counterparty Credit Risk, Market Risk

- Experience in FINREP (Strong understanding of IFRS Financial reporting)& COREP

- Review and identify additional control issues.

- Establish and agree actions to enhance controls where required.

- Coordinate requests and responses from/to stakeholders, e.g. internal auditors, skilled persons, etc.

- Assist BAU teams in remediating and documenting controls.

- Support strategic implementation of new operating model and controls

- Finance Change implementation using agile method of SDLC

- Developing BRDs, Performing UAT testing

- Involved in finance transformation work as a Finance Change BA driving forward such transformation initiatives

- Ensuring integrity and completeness of financial records.

- Preparation and review responsibilities of following work performed by the team involving accounting functions for one or more clients

Continuously innovate with focus to improve process - enhance efficiencies and add value

Ensuring compliance with finance control standards for the reporting entity.

- Ensuring quality consciousness in all aspects of the team

Key Skills :

- Strong communication skill, interpersonal skill & strong stakeholder management skills (including stakeholder based in UK)

- B.Com, B.Sc, B.E, Postgraduate accounting qualification, CA or MBA

- 3-10 years of relevant post qualification experience with a strong focus on regulatory reporting on Credit Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk & Market Risk etc.

- Strong understanding on Expected Credit Loss (ECL), PD, LGD, EAD, EL.

- Very good analytical review capabilities.

- Good experience in SQL coding, Python & R.

- Strong technical background, preferably knowledge of International Financial Reporting standards (IFRS)

- Experience in managing complex regulatory reporting enhancement programme.
