Regulatory Operation Role

- Managing business operations in accordance with regulatory framework at each of project sites.

- Verification of all outages, their compilation, evaluating and attaching the cause of tripping / outage. Gathering all outage related data including but not limited to DR / EL etc.

- Submission of consolidated data to Sr. Manager (Commercial & Regulatory Operation) for further scrutinization and submission to respective RLDCs.

- Coordination with RLDCs / RPCs for successful revocation of trippings (if any) along with proper reasoning.

- Getting timely availability certificates from RPCs along with timely follow-up for revision of any errors.

- Coordination and meetings with other key external stakeholders of the region viz. CTUIL, PGCIL, MoP, SLDC etc. Developing cordial relations with all these external holders.

- Attending all meetings viz. OCC, TCC, TeST, SCADA, and other such meetings called by RPCs / RLDCs and associated external stakeholders.

- Understand the applicable Central/State Regulations/Acts, and execute regulatory strategy/framework and operating governance to meet asset management deliverables.

- Develop internal policies/procedures to ensure regulatory compliances per statute and its standard of performances.

- Ensure regulatory operations and contractual support for merger and acquisition for the required due diligence and associated contract management.

- Establish and maintain all the applicable regulatory approvals, licences, permits etc in an effective document management system.

- Ensures that the business maintains a comprehensive and effective compliances (MIS/Dashboard) to all applicable Central / State laws and regulatory requirements for asset management.

- Collaborate and Coordinate with internal verticals / internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and communication of regulatory compliances.
