Regulatory Compliance Role - Bank - CA/CS

Client is a well known Bank & is ranked among its peer group.

Role specs:

i. Ensuring timely and appropriate responses to queries and mails received from RBI and other regulators by coordinating and collating data and responses from different BUs within the Bank.

ii. Liasing with RBI, IBA etc for seeking clarifications and responses on the queries raised by BUs.

iii. Dissemination of regulatory circulars to internal stakeholders and further circulation of actionable emanating therein and follow-up for completion of the same within the prescribed timelines.

iv. Tracking of regulatory returns submitted by the Bank

v. Acting as nodal officer of the Bank for depositories and stock exchanges, filing of prescribed related returns and handling of SCORES portal.

vi. Handling of returns on DAKSH portal

vii. Dissemination of instructions received from LEAs to concerned BUs of the Bank and tracking the same till logical conclusion.

viii. Acting as Nodal officer for Merchant Banking and Bankers to Issue activates.

Candidate specs:

Must have worked in a Bank handling RBI compliance in an Indian scenario.
