Regional Trade Marketing Manager - South - Home Appliances (5-12 yrs)
We are hiring for a leading consumer durable company in home electronics and home appliances.
- Spearheading the marketing function for the category to enhance brand's share in the segment through introduction of requisite skus(New Product Launch); driving secondary offtakes through trade and consumer promotions (BTL) thereby positively impacting the business P&L
- Setting up of Marketing structure with regional teams focusing on Brand and Trade Activations.
- BTL Activation: Managing BTL Campaigns (trade activations/programs) for channel partners to facilitate the launch of new models. Planning and creating the brand presence/visibility among the intended buyers at the destination markets
- Coordinating closely with creative teams/agencies for designing of innovative creatives & with right message for the target audience
- Developing a pool of quality vendors (printing house for POSM, design hubs for fixtures and stands) and BTL agencies for activations.
