Looking for a Regional Trade Marketing Manager - Leading FMCG Company.
Job Responsibilities:
Market Analyses:
- Develop strong understanding of consumer, competitive and brand health.
- Maintains updated knowledge of consumer behaviour, products, competitive position and related market trends and drivers.
- Benchmarks brand's below the line marketing strategies efficiency and effectiveness in terms of building brand imagery as well as driving sales.
Consumer And Trade Marketing Strategy Development:
- Define the channel strategy planning trade marketing initiatives based on the brand strategy
- Defines National standard of Building blocks KPIs by Channel / type of POS (distribution, freshness, visibility, price consumer, display)
- Define and implements tools to support strategic development of the retail mix: spaces, exhibits, promotion, POS Materials, planogram (shelf, off shelf, check out, displays)
- Develops annual and monthly sales activity and marketing support plan (Canvas, monthly highlight) including support for new initiatives, launches
- Confirms feasibility of marketing objectives for the new launches and calculates costs of trade marketing activities for brand P&L
Visibility Strategy & Category Management:
- Analyses current visibility status of the brand from a pov of offtake generation and brand impact an imagery
- Develop a channel wise visibility strategy which generates offtakes and creates right stock pressure in the market.
- Track visibility with D&F team to measure effectiveness of visibility in each market and channel type.
- Analyze results and efficiency of the campaigns, share results with sales and marketing, propose actions for increasing efficiency.
POS Materials Management:
- Defines the execution of POS material by format, channel, both for occasions and permanent
- Sources and manages external suppliers to develop and deliver POS materials
- Ensure correct quality, quantity and distribution of POS materials
- Receive feedback from the field on POS materials and adapt materials in accordance with field requirements and marketing guidelines
Marketing Projects Support:
- Define Points of sales for test market project including distribution scope by channel, listing preparations and POSM support.
- Consolidate test results and provide reports.
- Provide marketing with market competition reports (BTL activities, new product launches).
Knowledge Transfer:
- Ensure that the best practices from test are shared with a scale-up plan proposal with the Brand Team at corporate.
HR management:
- Plan (set objectives according to the company- development strategy), coordinate and control the performance of subordinates
- Build and coordinate a professional team
- Regularly discuss performance appraisals with subordinates (KPI)
