Regional Sustainability Lead - Facility Management Firm

- Support the achievement of the Clients accelerated sustainability goals: Implement the set of operational programs that reduce resource use and associated carbon footprint.

- Support and assist the delivery of Net-Zero programmes on the account and within region. These currently include a Global Energy Optimisation Programme and Global Zero Waste Programme.

- Coordinate the collection of regional environmental data and sustainability programs outcomes

- Track and report progress on environmental targets and programs

- Ensure sustainability is integrated with all curated and on-site colleague experiences

- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and Client EMS programs

- Manage and deliver Client service level requirements in respect of Environmental Operating Procedures (EOPs) within region including:

- Managing and providing oversight for site-based aspects and impacts registers and effectiveness of controls to manage these.

- Site based environmental legislative compliance.

- Data management and improvement.

- Target performance management.

- EOP self-assessment compliance testing; communication and awareness; and

- Performance and compliance reporting.

- Establish and manage in region county/ site coordination forums and networks to facilitate regional delivery.

- Facilitate the establishment of in region site green team/ champion network to support environment programme and objectives.

- Maintain and update all relevant regional environmental procedures for the APCA region and ensure compliance through carrying out internal control audits and assisting with Client-led audits.

- Compile regional quarterly client compliance report for client performance meetings/sign off;

- Develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with client representatives.

- Develop and appraise the various tools and systems used by the environment team in order to assist the client in meeting environmental targets and creating an efficient work program;

- Promote , develop services and pursue opportunities to grow the business.
