Regional Support Admin - HRIS (2-8 yrs)
Job Purpose :
- The HRIS Regional Support Administrator (RA) provides first level support for all HRIS applications, including PeopleSoft North American Payroll.
- Primary support includes assisting end-users with query/reporting, data entry, security, and functional/process type questions.
- The support administrator is also responsible for providing consistent and thorough training of end-users, communicating enhancements and/or customizations to end-users, monitoring data quality, and maintaining and monitoring user access.
- The support administrator also facilitates communication between the end-user community and HRIS Management. The HRIS RA adheres to and promotes the HRIS Guiding Principles and Core Values and provides backup support to other team members, especially other RA's.
- In addition, the RA provides valuable assistance and input to the HRIS team in all HRIS initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provides timely customer support through direct contact which includes, but is not limited to, query assistance, data entry process guidance, additional applications issues
- Maintains Department/Workflow and Security Control tables to ensure appropriate access
- Coordinates and provides thorough and consistent end-user training on all HRIS systems
- Maintains/updates all end-user documentation
- Monitors Data Integrity through various Audits
- Assist with functional testing/documentation of system enhancements/customization
- Assist with special projects as required
- Provide backup support to other SAs
- Adhere to and promote HRIS policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by HRIS Support Manager
Qualifications/Attributes : Experience, Education and Licensure :
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft (ver. 8.5 or greater)
- Ability to write queries/reports
- Hands-on configuration experience with Taleo (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Presentation/training experience (preferred)
- Ability to write test plans required
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and discern when to escalate
- Ability to respond to changing priorities
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Ability to multi-task
