Description - Independent analysis of the efficiency data of filling and packaging lines besides production processes. End to end responsibility of driving efficiency in the supply chain for a Global MNC in a high visibility role liaising across multiple geographies.

Client Details:

Our client is a global FMCG leader recognized among the most valuable brands world over in their domain of business. They have aggressive growth plans for India which will be driven by critical Supply Planning initiatives and they want to become market leaders within the portfolio they cater to. They are looking for a Regional Supply Chain Manager based out of their plant facility in Western India.

Description:

Reporting to the Director of the business, the incumbent will be responsible for:

- Designing and implementing efficiency strategy for Filling & Packaging lines across Manufacturing

- Leading cross production centre efficiency projects in the Filling, Packaging and Manufacturing

- Medium and long-term capacity analysis. Establishment and implementation of a rolling 3-5 year capacity analysis for the different product categories and technologies

- Support in ongoing projects, such as Service Level increase initiatives or process improvement projects, planning automation through SAP- CRP/MRP module

- Support in rolling out Lean Manufacturing programs

- Ability to manage relations with standardized vendors, R&D teams to ensure alignment.

Profile:

- Post Graduate from a premier B school with 3-4 years of experience preferably having started as a management trainee in evolved FMCG companies with exposure to corporate and plant based supply chain projects & operations. Factory exposure is an advantage and the incumbent will also work with Near East and Far East countries with visits to these locations once every 3 months.

- Exposure to SAP with a strong command over materials planning is highly desirable. Prior global exposure coupled with international stakeholder management experience is preferred. Diversity candidates are encouraged to apply.
