Regional Supply Chain Head - FMCG/Food/Beverages (10-18 yrs)
Background: MBA with 10-14 years of experience in managing logistics operations. Expert in managing large warehouse/ shipping operation, vendor development, cost management.
Exposure in logistics KPIs/ CRS and digitization in logistics space. Exposure in planning (demand & production planning).
Industry: From FMCG, Food, Dairy or AlcoBev organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Regional SCM operations
- Part of Regional Leadership team
- Season planning/ infrastructure
- Ensure product availability at regional level
- Work closely with national and other regional team and establish fair share allocation for national/ regional production
- Establish S&OP and drive demand plan accuracy
- Responsible for Regional KPIs
- Infrastructure at plant/ depots
- Cost Management for the entire region
Region:
1. East and West Based out of Mumbai
2. Central India & Rajasthan - Based out of Gurgaon.
