Regional Supply Chain Analytics - FMCG

This position is responsible for the business analytics that drive Demand Planning & S&OP processes for pur highly reputed MNC client in consumer care and supports regional supply chain projects from an analytics point of view

Level - Manager level and hence looking out for 2004/ 2005 or 2006 batches ONLY from TOP tier institutes ONLY.

Ideal candidiate should be working on FMCG or Pharma sector only

JOB PROFILE

Enterprise planning--

- Providing data input to the business planning exercise

- Provide business insights on regional inventory.

- Participates in PIPO, NPI to validate demand plans and inventory optimization working closely with country supply chain).

Demand planning-

- Works closely with country supply chain to improve forecast accuracy level in the franchise (country/regional level)

- Consolidate and validate regional forecasts for the franchise and provide inputs to country supply chain/regional supply chain team (Regional Supply

- Planning/Manufacturing/Franchise Operations)

- Review system (Mercia) planning parameters and provide inputs to country supply chain.

- Support NPI process by working closely with regional/country marketing managers and country supply chain/ franchise Ops.

ESSENTIAL

Education : Master Degree in Management

Professional Experience: - Minimum of 5 years business experience in Operations / Supply chain in FMCG

Knowledge and Skills :

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work in teams with varied functional/technical knowledge

- Strong analytical capabilities. Able to relate data to business situation.

- Preferable Experience in SAP & SAP APO (or current equivalent integrated Global ERP/ supply chain planning system).

- Proficient in MS-Office. Working knowledge of MS-Access & advanced MS-Excel knowledge (macros)

- Result-oriented and ability to follow through on committed tasks

- High degree of self-management, personal organization skills and discipline
