Regional Service Manager - Consumer Durable (10-18 yrs)
Hiring Regional Service Manager for a leading consumer durable company in Hyderabad and Mumbai.
Job Details:
- The role will have to ensure customer delight by daily monitoring of Service partners pending job management, Parts availability, Home service technician allocation monitoring & documentation of the service related activities in the company's service software and records maintenance.
- Plan and implement the set Quality process to measure the productivity of various service centers.
- Driving the regional business for timely resolution of customer work orders and reduce Open job ageing.
- Periodic visits to Service partners for Audit of process adherence, Education on process changes, new product information etc.
- Ability to calculate the ROI for the ASC to ensure that the ASC is ethically profitable.
Desired Profile:
BE/Btech must.
- 10+ years of experience in setting up service operation for larger territory.
- Should have strong understanding of call center innovation on how to handle higher call volume- service management.
- Should be able focus on TAT.
- Should be able to set up service excellence
