Regional Service Head - Home Appliance Firm (10-16 yrs)
Regional Service Head with a major MNC in Home Appliances- for North India managing service & customer support for all the branches across the region with a team of 8-10 Branch service managers.
Reporting to - National Service Head
- Responsible for profitability and service operations of the region & Accountable for the performance of region in terms of the following parameters:
- Service Delivery: Implementation and compliance of service operation procedures/warranty policies at regional level. Ensuring delivery of quality service as per KPI. Product performance feedback to plants for continuous improvement & conducting and analyzing Customer Satisfaction Surveys at the branch level.( NPS )
- Service Audits: Appointed a audit agency to ensure quality installations and quality service delivery to all customers. Agency is made responsible for audits in field to control fake claims and for happy calling to all productive calls.
- Quality & Training: Identification of training/development needs for team members and providing training to team for newly launched products. Ensuring all operations are as per company standard.
- Cost Control: Ensuring expenses are as per budget.
- Inventory Management: Ensuring optimum stocking of spares for Warranty / Out Of Warranty customers.
- Accounting Standards: Timely and Accurate reporting, prompt collection of service outstanding's.
