Regional Sales Manager
Job Opportunity for a leading food Ingredient Business.
Designation: Regional Sales Manager
Primary Role:
As a part of the sales team will be primarily responsible for Business development and Key Account management.
Broad Job Description:
- Will be responsible for New Business Development which incorporates both
- Get new business from Exsisting Customers
- Generate new customers
- The incumbent will develop a complete “Account Management plan” for each account.
- The incumbent should keep a detailed track record of the following
- Market information and activities
- Competitor information and activities
- Will be responsible for coordinating /executing marketing activities and initiatives.
- Ensure correct pricing to help achieve regional profitability
- Will be responsible for collection
- Will be responsible to coordinate with relevant stake holders across region.
- Will be responsible for sales budgeting for the account / Region the incumbent is handling.
Education Qualification & Years of Experience:
Education: Technical degree (Food Tech) and MBA
Experience: 7 to 12 years of experience in food industry / Food Ingredient industry Preferably in Bakery Fats and Oil ingredients
Hands on KAM / Application development of Hydrocolloids, Functional Ingredients, Blends and Emulsifiers
Key Competencies( Essential & Desirable):
1. Good account management skills
2. Understanding the technical concepts and translating / converting them into selling ideas / points.
3. Ability to build sustainable customer relationship
4. Should be able to communicate with impact
5. Should posses Good Analytical skills
6. Must be highly engaged, passionate and committed individual
7. Proven ability in driving for results
