Responsibilities:
- Setting up & leading the team to reach merchant Acqn targets and goals
- Develop and drive sales & service efficiencies
- Ensuring effective deployments, training and farming of merchants acquired
- Developing sales people by coaching, motivation and product & market knowledge
- Influence and negotiate with customers both internally and externally and at all levels
- Work in the field with each team member to achieve effective coverage of key accounts; maintain high level of customer rapport and reinforce company's commitment to superior customer services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of customers to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct market mapping through knowledge of competitor's structure, culture, manpower, distribution, capabilities and weakness, as well as thorough knowledge of customer's support and preferences for competitive products and services
- Ramp-up customer acquisition whilst ensuring adherence to quality and other regulatory norms.
- Merchant acquisition for online to offline payment through QR code payment option.
- Drive usage of retail outlets through proper training, revisit, merchandising & conducting BTL activities
- Recruiting and handling a team of ASM, TSM & FOS
- Engage channel through sales incentives/ schemes to drive brand preference.
- Drive channel profitability, focus on channel churn management.
