Regional Sales Manager - Used Car Loans - South (5-10 yrs)
Panobiz Business Technologies Pvt.Ltd., is into Sales Management for a leading private sector bank, and we are looking for Regional Sales Manager - Used Car Loans to be part of our management team.
Position: Regional Sales Manager South
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- To drive sales and ensure business targets are achieved.
- Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for Used Car loan products and through cross selling while continuing to enhance and upgrade the client relationships.
- Retain and expand the company's base of customers for retail loan product so as to ensure repeat business or referrals.
- Maximize sales through a network and relationships to ensure strong business.
- Develop and maintain strong liaisons with the clients for repeat business or referrals.
- Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of Sales managers so as to assure achievement of team results and thereby meet the business targets and profitability of the area.
- Conduct training for all the channels and team on product, policy and market changes.
- Manage business promotional activities with channels.
- Responsible for tracking channels and team for quality sourcing and healthy portfolio
- Interact with the credit team and get business approvals.
- Keep close watch on competitor product, policy, and market strategy.
