Hiring for a Big 4

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER :
 
The company has catapulted its newly launched professional services TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, creating Enterprise driven technology solutions to complement its existing service offerings to create new value for its clients.

This evolution will address the changing market paradigm and create an additional source of revenue for the organization. The Business line focuses on combining knowledge and expertise and aims to achieve the company's Purpose of solving important problems and building trust in society.

JOB SUMMARY :

Devise a sales plan to acquire, develop & retain a set of identified accounts in the region by managing direct relationship with the customer. The candidate is expected to achieve the set goals, targets and effectively contribute to grow the firm's revenue through Technology Solutions.

- The candidate should have Enterprise Account Management Experience in selling software & technology solutions

- Manage end-to-end relationship with identified customers

- Map key stakeholders in the accounts to gain business & increase the market share

- Understand assigned clients- business requirements; apply knowledge of technology solutions to identify business opportunities and achieve assigned targets

- Work closely with internal stakeholders - Marketing, Product owners and support teams to achieve brand/campaign/product objectives

- Manage funnel to deliver against assigned quarterly revenue and margin targets.

- Ensure business hygiene to improve performance in terms of predictability, linearity and business reporting

- Acquire market intelligence, map competitors offerings and work closely with product owners on generation of new product ideas and provide product feedback

- Account Mapping: organisation structure, buying potential, decision making process, customer roadmap, opportunity etc.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Master's degree in Business management from a reputed B School

- Minimum 7 - 11 years of technology solutions Enterprise sales experience

- Strong business acumen with analytical skills for Solution selling.

- Understanding of the customers buying behaviours in the respective territory

- Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to develop working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong communication & presentation skills

Profile Requirement :

- The incumbent will report to Director Sales, Technology Solutions

- Should be willing to travel extensively.

- Location : Gurugram
