Job Role :
- The position will work closely with the product and operations teams to promote efficient customer acquisition, servicing, and deepening for the TASC (Trust, Association, Society, Club, Hospitals, Educational Institutes, etc.) segment, which is made up of Not for Profit Making Business Entities (other than Government Departments - Central, State, or Local Bodies) registered as Trusts, Societies. The P&L responsibility of the function contributes to the broad channel goals.
- Promote cross-selling strategies, quicker TAT, and partnerships with key clients in order to grow the Region's clientele.
- To promote a high-performance sales culture across the board, track metrics for lead generation and RM sales productivity.
- To ensure growth of National portfolio of clients by selling products & services like Term Deposits, Loans, CMS, Fees Collection, Mobile/ Digital solutions, CASA, etc.
- Managing Regions for Area-Based Plans, Productivities at Each Cluster Head Level, and Maximizing Each for Greater Growth Opportunities.
- Liaising with various branches, to source new business (other than own sourcing) and provide customized product/sales support to branches involved in generation of leads.
