Regional Sales Manager - Steel Manufacturing Industry (9-15 yrs)
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate with the corporate / regional / area sales team for setting of sales targets.
- Co-ordinate with the contract manufacturers to provide production plan based on the set sales targets.
- Co-ordinate with the regional supply-chain team and the supply-chain teams at the contract manufacturer premises to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- MIS reporting (on a daily / weekly / monthly basis) of sales / dispatch.
- Identify / flag issues pertaining to quality / dispatch and co-ordinate with the concerned departments to resolve them.
- Identify new contract manufacturing opportunities (in Eastern and North-East states of India) and facilitate contract manufacturing arrangements.
- Co-ordinate with the contract manufacturer to get approvals for supplying the finished goods to small projects (done through distributors).
- Ensure that the contract manufacturers are performing their obligations as per the contract.
- Ensure implementation of annual / monthly sales business plan in co-ordination with the Regional Sales Manager (already in place) and Area Sales Managers.
- Ensure legal / statutory compliances.
