Qualifications:
- Strong sales background
- Candidates with 5 to 8 years of experience from Business Center background preferred

- Role is to independently drive sales of Company Business centers across the region
- Creating new sales channels and working closely with network of property consultants
- Meeting prospective clients and creating sales
- Leading a team
- Understanding the client's requirements and proposing the best available options
- Spearheading the local marketing and promotional activities of the Centre
- Participating in events, seminars, exhibitions and generating leads
- Managing center level events
- Working closely with Area Sales Manager, Assistant Regional Manager, Sr Manager/Manager, Community Manager to ensure stellar experience for customers
- Competition mapping
