We are scouting for a Regional Sales Manager for one of our esteemed IT MNC client. This role will directly report into the Head of sales (also based in Noida).

- We need a person who can successfully handle the entire north region and already has excellent market connects.

- This is an individual contributor role.

Job Description

Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales for himself, team and region. 10+ years experience

- Credible experience in selling technology based solutions with a background of SI solution Sales.

- Experience in dealing with Japanese / Other MNC companies.

- Effective presentation and negotiation skills. Having connect with CXO level

- Performs sales activities for new and renewal business for an assigned geographic area, set of accounts or product/service line to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives

- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the organizations products and services

- Remains knowledgeable and keeps abreast of the company's new and existing products/services to facilitate sales efforts

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
