- Responsible for achieving regional sales targets.

- Effectively plan and implement new business opportunity.

- Coordinating with different departments in HO and acting as a support system in achieving results.

- Identify the areas of dealers and distributors, channel partners, builders needs improvement.

- Instrumental in generating the referral business.

- Responsible to handle team of direct reportees.

- Responsible to handle Mortgage Business of entire MP region.
