KRA KPI's
1, Financial Perspective : Order Book - New Order Book for Services including all offering as per portfolio
2, Collection Timely collection of Payments
3, Process Prospective Initiative : - Leveraging SAP Eco System / Partners for lead generation and building pipeline
4, At least 10 client facing visits per month
5, Customer Perspective : Relationship Management Reference Visits / Call, Client Testimonials
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the management of SAP Services sales and business development operations for all accounts in the specific region. He or she will be totally responsible for the achievement of customer acquisition and revenue goals.
RSM will be responsible for identifying, developing, negotiating and closing new contracts across the Region. He will be expected to utilize their existing network of contacts to expand the company's regional portfolio.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering OR Equivalent with 8+ years of Industry experience.
- 5+ years experience in SAP software services sales,
- Candidates should have experience in selling SAP services
- A track record of performance excellence meeting and exceeding targets and objectives
- Experience developing and executing tactical sales plans, which include quotas, and account objectives
- Respectful and outstanding account management and communication skills.
