Job Description :

The Regional Sales Manager/ Head will be responsible for the management of SAP Services sales and business development operations for all accounts in the specific region. 

- He or she will be totally responsible for the achievement of customer acquisition and revenue goals.

- RSM will be responsible for identifying, developing, negotiating and closing new contracts across the Region. He will be expected to utilize their existing network of contacts to expand the company's regional portfolio.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering OR Equivalent with 10+ years of Industry experience.

- 5+ years experience in SAP software services sales, some experience selling a SaaS/Cloud product preferred.

- Candidates should have experience in selling SAP services / licenses.

- A track record of performance excellence meeting and exceeding targets and objectives

- Experience developing and executing tactical sales plans, which include quotas, and account objectives
